He brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in operations, reliability, and continuous improvement across large-scale upstream / midstream oil and gas operations. He has a track record of building resilient, high-performing cultures through coaching, talent development, and aligned partnerships, accelerating progress, optimizing flow across value streams, and fostering organizational learning.

Orkhan Huseynov was appointed Director of Performance and Technology in September 2025. He has over 15 years of extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong focus on upstream and midstream operations across leading international and national organizations.

Anna Akhundova has been serving as Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Bahar Energy Operating Company since September 2025. With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, she brings a combination of technical expertise and commercial insight, shaped by a career spanning engineering, operations, and business leadership.

Dr. Suat Aktepe is a highly accomplished geoscientist with over 20 years of experience in offshore hydrocarbon exploration and field development. He currently serves as Subsurface Director at Bahar Energy Operating Company (BEOC), where he leads integrated subsurface activities for the redevelopment of the Bahar and Gum Deniz fields in Azerbaijan.

Orkhan Aliyev was appointed as Director of Human Resources in September 2025. He has brought over 15 years of professional experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development across leading international and national organizations.

Ahmadiyya Musayev is Director of Legal, Compliance and Government Affairs at the Representative Office of Bahar Energy Operating Company Limited (BEOC) in the Republic of Azerbaijan and a member of the company’s senior leadership team. He oversees legal affairs, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and government relations.
